|Recommended: YesPerfect Location — Great location, decent prices and helpful property staff, there was some noise sometimes not sure if it was coming from outside or in the hallway but nothing loud enough to actually bother me. However, I wish there was a hood and fan over the stove there's one in the microwave, but it doesn't seem like air comes out of it. I recommend for anyone who wants to live here in the larger suites to bring a tower fan for the kitchen as it gets hot during the day or while you're cooking.

|Recommended: NoBenjamin Loft censors the views so you never see the negative comments. I would not let my son daughter live in these apartments. No heat in the winter and a little space heater is NOT the answer

Thank you for leaving your honest review. We do not censor the reviews on our website, and do publish all reviews. We're sorry that you had an unpleasant experience while living at our property. We do feel it's important to note that residents experiencing issues with our HVAC system last winter were never without heat, we did provide space heaters while the necessary parts were ordered and installed. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 supply shortages, and labor shortages with our HVAC vendor (also related to the pandemic), this did take quite some time to resolve. We worked proactively with licensed HVAC contractors and the manufacturer to expedite this, but many of the factors that caused the delay were beyond our control.
