Great place to be while in school and also feels like home

|Recommended: YesAwesome — As a freshman, this is a great place to live when you are transitioning from living at home to living on your own. The community is very helpful and supportive. It is practically on campus living without the price and inconvenience of dorm living. It also has the perfect amount of living space with the ability to personalize and great internet for everyone to do school work effectively.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live, and any issue will be resolved quickly. — The Benjamin is a great place to live. They are very accommodating and understanding for anyone who has any questions or concerns. The first day I moved in I wasn't able to get the air conditioning working and the problem was fixed the same day, with no worries. All the rooms can only be entered from inside using a key fob which is nice for safety reasons. I haven't had any noise issues, my neighbors all seem nice, the roommate match system is great, and I would definitely recommend anyone looking for easy, affordable, and safe living.

|Recommended: YesVery modern and well kept. Perfect for students. — I love living here. The living spaces are large and nice to hang out in with roommates while still having your own privacy. The staff are extremely helpful, whatever you need they've got you covered. Plenty of storage, easy to use laundry and mail room, very nice courtyard. Everything is simple here.

|Recommended: YesVery pleasant place to live in — Only issue is construction noises due to building B not being completed by the time I moved in, and wired internet needing an additional fee to be paid for.

|Recommended: YesI LOVE LIVING HERE — It is a brand new building so they are figuring things out as we go, but so far everything is well organized, the management is amazing and helpful, and overall the living community is a perfect place to live.

|Recommended: YesBenjamin Loft — The loft is a very good place to live, I moved in when the construction of B building is ongoing. Only problem I have is the sound of running and rushing water with the pipes in the walls. Sounds like there might be a leak but when you look there is no leak.
