Pet Policy

Pets are welcomed at The Benjamin Lofts. Pets are not allowed in the apartment under any circumstances without prior written approval of the Landlord. This is obtained through Pet Screening (www.benjaminlofts.petscreening.com). Resident pet owners must also receive written approval from roommates and must agree on expectations for the pet prior to the pet’s arrival to the premises. A Non-Refundable Pet Fee of $500.00 per pet is required. Monthly Pet Rent is $25 per month. Restrictions: Snakes, reptiles, birds, arachnids, and ferrets are never allowed. Dog breed and age restrictions apply. Pets must be at least 6 months old and house trained. Only indoor cats are permitted. The following breeds, or any mix of dog which contains as an element of its breeding any of the following breeds are not allowed on the premises: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bulldog, Argentine Dogo, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Siberian Husky, Mastiff, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Presa Canerio, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrid, Dogo Argentino, Bandog, Boerboel, Fila Brasiliero and Japanese Tosa Inu. Pets must be registered with the PooPrints DNA registry system.
